Course of study:
During this course you will continue to broaden your understanding of sentence structures and vocabulary acquired throughout the Level 1 course. Level 2 will enable you to further develop your reading, listening, writing and conversational skills in Te Reo Māori with confidence and meaning. Each year, topics of learning and genre are prescribed by NZQA.
Assessment:
Internal – up to 10 credits at NCEA Level 2.
External – up to 12 credits at NCEA Level 2.
Costs: Nil.
Entry criteria:
A minimum of Paetae (Achieved) in each of the assessments in Year 11 Te Reo Māori.
Future pathways:
This course is a pre-requisite for the Level 3 NCEA Te Reo Māori.
