During these sessions of Mindfulness Therapy I will teach you how to use mindfulness for recovering from all forms of anxiety disorders, including Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder, OCD, persistent depression, and for help with and other forms of emotional suffering, by using the very effective techniques of Mindfulness Therapy.
This approach is remarkably effective and you can expect to notice noticeable reduction in the intensity of your anxiety or depression after the first 2-3 sessions with me.
Online Mindfulness Therapy is very effective for controlling anxiety and depression without the need for anti-anxiety medications and antidepressants. It is always better to treat the cause of your anxiety or depression instead of just managing symptoms.

Welcome. My name is Peter Strong and I provide an anxiety chat online help service through Skype where you can get the help that you might be looking for for managing anxiety, panic attacks, OCD and other forms of emotional suffering, including depression.
So during this chat therapy service I will be teaching you mindfulness-based methods for working with your anxiety. The challenge is to prevent the habit of becoming overwhelmed and automatically identified with anxiety reactions and thought reactions that get triggered in the mind. This is by far the central problem that we address during mindfulness training.
We tend to become overwhelmed. We tend to become caught up in anxiety based thinking, and it happens automatically in a conditioned way without our choice or without any sense of control. During mindfulness training we gain control by actually focusing conscious awareness on those emotional and thought habits themselves.
The more you see them, the freer you become from their grip the less they become habitual and when they break that compulsive blind quality of habitual reactivity then the emotions and thought patterns begin to dissolve by themselves. This is a very effective and well-tested method of working with anxiety. You focus your conscious attention on the anxiety but learning not to react to the anxiety.
It is like learning to maintain balance. Say on the edge of the river, in order to maintain and strengthen your balance so you don't fall into the river, you have to actually practice walking on the bank of the river.
And this is the way it is for any form of learning, you have to actually engage with the challenges that cause you to go off balance. Same applies to developing strength through going into a gym, where you need to strengthen the muscle groups in order to be able to run the marathon or whatever you might want to do.
You have to work specifically on strengthening those muscles that are habitually weak. It's the same with anxiety. Anxiety is simply a learned habits and the habit can be overcome by purposefully facing your anxiety. Not arguing with it, not trying to suppress the anxiety, not trying to convince yourself that you don't need to feel anxiety. Those approaches are very, very limited in their effectiveness.
The real effective way to overcome anxiety, as I say, is to learn to stand your ground in the face of anxiety, to learn to maintain your independence in the face of your anxiety, to learn how to maintain freedom in relationship to your anxiety and the reactive thoughts that feed that anxiety.
So during mindfulness teaching we actually purposefully find the thoughts that create the anxiety, we purposefully find the anxiety itself and we focus mindful attention on those mental objects until you have complete freedom and balance.

Do please contact me if you'd like help with anxiety. If you'd like to see an online therapist for help with anxiety then go to my website and learn about the online therapy for anxiety service that I offer via Skype.
So working with an online therapist is obviously very convenient and all the studies show that online therapy is just as effective as therapy in a face to face situation in a therapist's office. There's no difference, especially if you use Skype or other video platform, so you can see each other. That's the most important thing.
So Skype Therapy is much more effective than email therapy or some form of chat format. Because when you can see each other the efficiency of communication is greatly increased and that's quite important for working with the concepts of psychotherapy that can help you overcome your anxiety.
So I teach Mindfulness Therapy, which, over the years, has proved to be immensely effective for overcoming all kinds of anxiety, whether that's a generalized anxiety disorder, whether it's obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, or whether it might be fear of driving, or any other kind of anxiety that you might be struggling with.
Mindfulness Therapy really is excellent at helping you control those patterns of habitual reactive thinking that feeds your anxiety. It is probably the best approach available.
CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy is often recommended for working with anxiety and it's quite good, but I believe Mindfulness Therapy is the next step up from CBT.
It works much more directly with thoughts and with emotions. It works on changing your relationship to thoughts and emotions rather than focusing on trying to get you to change your thoughts by some form of rational intervention.
Often that's just not so effective because your thoughts are very much emotionally charged by anxiety to begin with and it's very difficult to just try and convince yourself that your thoughts are irrational and somehow stop those thoughts from bothering you.
Mindfulness Therapy doesn't try to change thoughts by some sort of rational argument but rather it works on actually neutralizing the emotional charge of those thoughts directly by working with the emotions that fuel the anxiety thoughts.
You will see for yourself just how effective this approach is. It only takes, really, three to four sessions with me to learn how to apply mindfulness for working with your anxiety, and I will guide you in how to do this and teach you in great detail how to apply mindfulness so that you can practice by yourself working with your thoughts and with your emotions between sessions. And after three or four weeks working with me you will see tremendous changes.
So please contact me if you would like to learn more. Thank you.

Welcome. My name is Peter Strong and I specialize in online mindfulness therapy for anxiety and depression. If you'd like to learn how to use mindfulness to overcome anxiety or depression do please go to my website and learn more about the mindfulness therapy for anxiety and depression approach that I teach.
Please email me if you'd like to schedule a Skype therapy session for using mindfulness to manage anxiety.
I will teach you how to apply mindfulness to overcome anxiety. This approach is very very effective. It's designed to teach you mindfulness-based methods for working with reactive thoughts and with your emotions themselves. We have to learn how to control habitual reactive thinking because that's one of the main factors that fuels anxiety.
So that's very important, but we also use mindfulness to work on the emotions themselves. You learn to meditate on your anxiety. This is the most effective way to heal the anxiety. We don't want to just put up with it. We don't want to indulge it. We want to heal it and there's no better method than learning how to meditate on your anxiety. So I'll teach you how to do that during these online therapy sessions.
So if you would like to learn how to use mindfulness to overcome anxiety and you'd like to learn about mindfulness meditation for anxiety, please go to my website and email me to schedule a session. Thank you.

Medications may provide temporary relief from the intense emotional and physical symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks but medications do very little to change the underlying psychological cause of your anxiety. That underlying cause is mostly a product of unresolved emotional trauma and habitual reactive thinking that feeds the anxiety. We must change these causes to successfully recover from anxiety and panic attacks as well as depression and other forms of emotional suffering.
Welcome. My name is Peter Strong and I am a professional psychotherapist based in Colorado and I specialize in mindfulness therapy which I offer online for the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, addictions, and PTSD (that's one of my particular interests) and many other psychological emotional-problems that are caused by reactive habitual thinking or unresolved emotional trauma.
If you would like to learn how to overcome anxiety and panic attacks through online therapy and you would like to learn how to overcome anxiety disorders without using medications, then please go to my website and learn more about online mindfulness therapy. In my opinion this is one of the most effective ways of treating anxiety without using medication.
It works on changing the underlying cause of your anxiety and panic attacks, as well as depression or other emotional conditions. That underlying cause is what needs to be transformed and healed if you want to really recover from anxiety or panic attacks.
Medications don't treat anxiety and panic attacks. They only relieve symptoms and that symptom relief is short term. It's just a bandaid. It's not really changing the underlying psychological cause of your anxiety or panic attacks.
So, in mindfulness therapy we recognize that the key to overcoming any emotional suffering is to actually develop a conscious and friendly relationship with your emotional pain. Your biggest enemies are avoidance and aversion. When there is avoidance, that basically causes the anxiety to get bigger. When there is aversion, that causes you to get smaller in relationship to your anxiety.
So this is why we understand in mindfulness teachings the importance of friendliness or love, because when you relate to emotional suffering with love you get bigger and the emotion gets smaller, it actually starts to heal itself, when that relationship is well established.
So, the path to healing anxiety and panic attacks, also depression and other forms of emotional trauma, is to build a very strong friendly and non-reactive relationship with those underlying emotions. When you do that you create the right internal conditions that promote healing, and that healing is a natural process that is built in to the anxiety or the depression. It is already trying to heal itself to come back to equilibrium. Unfortunately we tend to get in the way of the natural healing through reactivity such as avoidance and aversion.
So, if you'd like to learn more about how to overcome anxiety and panic attacks without medication, please go to my website and then email me and let's schedule a Skype Therapy session, and you will see for yourself just how effective mindfulness therapy can be for healing anxiety and depression. Thank you.
