Richard Hills

The twin brother of Michael, Richard James Hills was born in Newmarket on January 22, 1963.

Richard stood at 5ft 4ins and was apprenticed to H. Thomson Jones at Newmarket.

His first winner was Border Dawn at Doncaster on October 26 1979.

In 33 seasons, Richard rode a total of 1,892 winners.
