Ingredients
1 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
1/4 cup fresh tarragon leaves
1/4 cup fresh dill leaves
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup TAO Olive Oil (Extra Virgin, Infused, or Pressato)
2 tablespoons TAO Balsamic Vinegar
1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Add parsley, basil, chives, tarragon, and dill to a blender or food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
Add minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, avocado, and Dijon mustard to the blender or food processor. Pulse until everything is combined and creamy.
Taste the dressing and add salt and pepper as needed. Pulse again until the seasoning is well incorporated.
Transfer the dressing to a jar or container with a lid, and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
