Ingredients
8 ounces buffalo mozzarella
8-12 ripe fresh figs, cut into quarters
Fresh basil leaves, torn
Coarsely ground black pepper
Flaky sea salt
TAO Olive Oil (e.g. Extra Virgin, Garlic Infused, or Basil Pressato), for drizzling
TAO Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar, for drizzling (optional)
Directions
Tear the mozzarella into medium pieces and arrange on a platter.
Tuck figs around the cheese and scatter basil over top.
Season with pepper and lots of salt.
Drizzle generously with olive oil.
Optional: Drizzle with Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar
