Ingredients
1 teaspoon ginger root, freshly grated
2 teaspoons TAO Japanese Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
1 teaspoon Bourbon Barrel Bluegrass Soy Sauce
1 pound asparagus, trimmed
Directions
Heat broiler.
Combine ginger, sesame seed oil, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
On a sheet pan, coat asparagus with ginger mixture.
Broil until asparagus is cooked through, and tips begin to brown, about 5 to 8 minutes.
