Ingredients
4 ounces filtered apple cider
1 ounce Honey Ginger White Balsamic Reduction (see below)
4 teaspoons lemon juice
4 ounces vodka
6 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
1 tablespoon egg whites
Honey Ginger Thyme White Balsamic Reduction
5 sprigs fresh thyme
Directions
In a small saucepan, bring TAO Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar and thyme to a simmer over low heat. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the mixture has reduced by half and is syrupy. Remove from heat and store in a mason jar in the fridge to cool. Keeps for 2 weeks.
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add the remaining ingredients. Shake for 20-30 seconds and strain into two martini glasses or coupe glasses. Top with foam remaining in a cocktail shaker and garnish with fresh thyme.
