Ingredients
4 fresh corn ears
1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup of TAO Olive Oil (e.g. Extra Virgin, Tuscan Herb Infused, Garlic Infused, Basil Pressato, Lemon Pressato, or Rosemary Pressato)
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Warm up the grill: Set your grill to heat up to 400ºF.
Corn preparation: Remove the husks and silk from the corn ears and place them onto a large sheet of aluminum foil. Keep this on standby.
Create the marinade: In a bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan, olive oil, dried basil, garlic powder, and a dash of salt and pepper to create your Olive Oil Parmesan marinade.
Marinate the corn: Rub each corn ear thoroughly with the marinade you just prepared. Afterwards, securely wrap the corn in the aluminum foil to allow for proper cooking and steaming on the grill.
Grill the corn: Place the aluminum foil package on the preheated grill and cook for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the corn is fully cooked through.
