Ingredients
1 fully cooked ham (8-10 lbs)
1/2 cup TAO Maple Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Remove any skin from the ham, leaving the fat intact.
Score the ham in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Maple Balsamic Vinegar, dijon mustard, brown sugar, and ground cloves until well combined.
Brush the glaze generously over the ham, making sure to get it into the scored cuts.
Place the ham in a roasting pan and bake for 2-2.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
Brush the ham with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes during the cooking process.
Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
