Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup TAO Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 cup crushed pretzels
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Pour the pretzel crumbs into a shallow dish.
Dip each chicken breast in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar mixture, then coat it in the pretzel crumbs.
Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken breasts.
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Garnish the Pretzel Honey Balsamic Chicken with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
