Ingredients
2 cups roasted, unsalted peanuts
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
1 tablespoon granulated sugar, optional
1/4 cup TAO High Polyphenol Olive Oil (e.g. Olio Nuovo or ZOI)
Directions
Add peanuts to the blender jar.
If using salt and sugar, add them to the blender.
Pour olive oil over the peanuts and wait for 30 seconds until the oil flows to the bottom of the jar.
Turn the blender on high and process until the desired level of creaminess is achieved, or for up to two minutes for super creamy peanut butter. Stop the blender a few times to scrape down the sides of the blender jar.
Store the peanut butter in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for up to six weeks.
