Ingredients
4 cups sliced fresh peaches
1/4 cup TAO Peach Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches with TAO Peach Balsamic Vinegar.
In another mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually stir in the milk until the batter is smooth.
Pour the melted butter into a 9-inch square baking dish, then pour the batter on top.
Add the peaches over the batter.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Top with your favorite vanilla ice and enjoy!
