Ingredients
2 ounces Bourbon or Rye whiskey
1 teaspoon simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel for garnish
Directions
In a mixing glass, combine the whiskey, TAO Blood Orange Balsamic Vinegar, simple syrup, and bitters.
Fill the glass with ice and stir until chilled and diluted, about 20-30 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Express the oil from an orange peel over the drink by gently twisting it over the surface, then drop it in as a garnish.
