Ingredients
1 tablespoon + more for drizzling, TAO Lime Pressato Olive Oil or TAO Orange Pressato Olive Oil or TAO Lemon Pressato Olive Oil or TAO Basil Pressato Olive Oil
12 Medjool dates, pitted
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup mint leaves, torn if large
Flaky sea salt
Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium skillet over medium. Add dates and cook, turning often, until lightly browned on all sides, 4 – 6 minutes.
Divide dates among plates. Add a few small scoops of ice cream to each. Drizzle with oil, then top with mint; season with salt.
