Ingredients
6 ounces smoked salmon, sliced thin
8 slices crusty bread, 1/2 inch thick
2 cloves garlic
8 ounces mascarpone cheese
4 dill sprigs
1/4 cup chives, snipped
Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
2 teaspoons TAO Orange Pressato Olive Oil
TAO Maple Balsamic Vinegar, for drizzling
Smoked Sea salt to taste, optional
Directions
Heat up a cast iron pan and grill the bread on both sides until nice grill marks form.
Take the garlic clove out of the paper and rub one side of each slice of bread to your liking.
Using a butter knife, thickly spread the mascarpone cheese over each slice of bread. Sprinkle with half of the chives and dill. Drizzle Maple Balsamic Vinegar on top.
Divide the smoked salmon between the crostini and sprinkle with the remaining dill and chives. Finish with a tiny drizzle of Orange Pressato Olive Oil and freshly cracked black pepper over the top.
