Ingredients
1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries, cleaned
2 tart apples, peeled and diced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 orange (zest, grated and juiced)
1 lemon (zest, grated and juiced)
1 tablespoon grated ginger
Directions
Cook cranberries, sugar, and balsamic vinegar in a saucepan over low heat for approximately 5 minutes or until skins pop open. Add apple, ginger, zest, and juices, and cook for approximately 10 more minutes.
Cool completely and refrigerate.
Serve chilled.
Optional: Add raisins and/or walnuts
