Ingredients
1 large carrot, shredded
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons TAO Garlic Infused Olive Oil
2 teaspoons white miso paste
1 tsp of honey
1 teaspoon TAO Japanese Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate leftover dressing for up to 1 week.
