Ingredients
1 head of garlic
2 tablespoons TAO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Cut the top off the garlic head, exposing the tops of the cloves.
Place the garlic on a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil, making sure to cover the top of the garlic.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Wrap the garlic head in the aluminum foil, making sure it is completely sealed.
Place the garlic in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Squeeze the garlic cloves out of the head and use in your favorite dishes.
