Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Fat Cat Hot Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons TAO Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar or fresh lemon juice
4 pounds stone crab claws (about 25 medium to large claws), chilled
Directions
In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon, hot sauce, and balsamic vinegar or lemon juice until well combined.
For serving
Pour dipping sauce into a ramekin or small bowl.
Place the dipping bowl on a large ice-filled platter and fan crab claws around it.
