Ingredients
2 slices of Sourdough bread
2 slices of Fresh mozzarella
1 Roma tomato, sliced
1/4 cup Arugula
5-6 fresh Basil leafs
Butter
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Spread pesto on both pieces of bread.
Place arugula, basil, tomatoes, mozzarella, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper on one slice of bread.
Drizzle some TAO Herbs di Napoli Balsamic Vinegar and top with the other piece of bread.
Heat a panini grill or pan and butter the outside of the sandwich. Grill until golden and serve.
