Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Kosher sea salt
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup TAO Lime Pressato Olive Oil
5 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine the liquids in a separate bowl.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Refrain from over-mixing.
Pour into a greased square 8” or 9” pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
