The assignment for this project was to create a piece inspired by the theme "Draw an alien fire fighter that puts out fires with his toes". So I decided to make the focal point pointing at his toes. And I thought it'd be boring to make it so he was stomping out just fire, so I decided to make the alien evil. Instead of regular fire, he'd be putting out cute little fire spirit thingies.

I used my Ipad and apple pencil to make this piece on Procreate. I made a rough sketch in my mind on paper first (cause its faster), then i took a picture of it with my phone, I sent it to my Ipad and then I drew from there.

I wanted to test out something I've been wanting to test out, and that's a really faded shading. I think it added way more to the depth and angles of the piece, making it more 3D-ish.
