investigation #5

I created this piece with the idea of movement, and depth. I wanted to incorporate my abstract objects in the piece while being subtle about it. I have a hard time making "drawing" (more 2D) pieces while using digital, so I wanted to challenge myself and create a little more depth. 

I started with a basic idea of a hand holding an abstract object (reference down below), and it evolved as I just kept coming up with ideas that I just kept adding on and trying to make work. 

The weird perspective of the viewer goes along with the expression of the character being overwhelmed with all of the pieces surrounding him. I represent his stress through his multiple eyes, that then correlate with the odd view of the foreground being blurred (and not the main focal point of the viewer).
