photoshop self portrait

I made this piece based on a photo of my face- this face, but without the blood and stuff.

I made this piece on photoshop, with the dropper tool, and paint tool.

I didn't want to do what everyone else was doing, so I made my drawing more laid back, and I tried not to use a lot of eraser. It is supposed to look blotchy, it's supposed to look messy. For the cut off neck part, I saw that the neck looked like it was cut off so I made it look even more like it was cut off.
