duck stamp

I created this piece based on the Maine Junior Duck Stamp competition requirements. Where you draw/paint and a scientifically accurate duck. I really didn't think too much about what duck I wanted since this was the first duck I looked up, and it happened to be the one. 

The whole thing is colored pencil, besides the small white spots, which are gel pen.  

I want everything to be black and white besides the heads of the ducks. So the water will be not blue or blueish green, it will be a mixture of dark and lights. And the water be blurred off in the background.
