investigation #6

The idea for this piece were three emotions. I didn't want just one focal point this time so I did three, that all correlate to each other. I had the idea (originally) of the goblins being in little thought bubbles, and them interacting with each other.

I started with a paper cut-out, then I copied the cut out onto a piece of canvased masonite. After I used modeling clay for the goblins, and finally I used acrylic for all the color.

For the red goblin I wanted to make it seem like he was the one in power, so I made him overarching the green goblin.
