beautiful oops

The project was to create a piece based on a splatter of India ink on the paper. I immediately saw a human figure, and thought of that figure being surrounded by hundreds of other figures.

I used India ink for everything but the white lines defining the characters that were clumped up.

I needed the piece to pop more and wanted to use iridescent paint, so I found the purple iridescent India ink and tried finding ideas. I came up with the heart, that adds more stories to the piece, but the picture does not do the iridescentness justice. It is way more shiny and cool in person.
