embroidered cyanotype

I created this piece with the idea in mind to make one of my sketches pop out and become more of a "finished product" then just a sketch. If I went back I would change a couple of places, like the black outline should have been brown and the light blue line art I would have made black. 

the blue fabric is cyanotype fabric, and the thread is just regular embroidery thread. I made the cyanotype by printing out my sketch onto a clear sheet, then went outside with the clear sheet on top of the fabric and then washed it off to reveal the piece. then I just went back in with fabric.

I think the green for the background was a really good choice and changing direction of the thread made it even easier to contrast between what was the background and what was the goblin character.
