designing abstraction

I created this piece based on the two art principles of form and movement. Although I also added color, pattern and space because I wanted to see if I could add a lot of principles.

I created this artwork by sketching out what I wanted, inked then sharpied piece by piece. As I sharpied I added color. 

I was just going to make it black at first, but I decided to make it a little harder because I overlapped multiple colors and thought about what they would turn into.
