extended blind contour drawing

I created this piece based on the assignment, which was to create two faces and a hand. But instead of just looking at the face then drawing it on your paper, you weren't allowed to look at your drawing/paper. I don't really know what caused me to draw candles all around the page. I guess there were spaces that looked like it could hold a handle.

I made this piece with a pigma micron fineliner and the paper that was provided (bristol). I really just freehanded this piece, I really wanted it to be random, just like the extended drawings.

With this artwork I first did the blind contour drawings: 2 faces, and a hand. Then I came up with the candle idea again, but this time I wanted the candles to be extra messy, and random trying to cover most spaces.
