Shipment status delivered but not received to seller - DRS Based ( Delivery received slip/Non-OTP Based) - L1 Advisor
Check If dispute already raised on panel/ticket
i)Check remarks from LOPS and inform seller.
ii) If seller disagrees to LOPS remarks - Transfer call to dispute desk/arrange call back.
,If dispute not raised on panel/ticket ask:-
i) Confirm receiver details (Name & contact number) at the RTO location Self/team member. suggest seller to check with the other person available at facality/warehouse etc.
If response to above questions is NO -
i) Send an ACR email to seller and suggest to share sample signature along with company stamp.
ii) Inform seller to respond to the ACR email ASAP ( should be reverted within 48hrs)
iii) Inform call back will be received within 4-5 working hours.
