Adam Petto's Story:

Adam Petto was raised in Michigan and was a four year varsity athlete through high school. He felt that his life was heading in the wrong direction after high school and that was why he decided to join the military. Mr. Petto most appreciated the structure that the military provided and the support of his fellow servicemen. He was in the United States Coast Guard and served in the Afghanistan War. He returned from the war to Cape Cod in July 2013. Currently he works as a plumber and takes classes at Cape Cod Community College. Although he feels he is adjusting to civilian life, he hopes to join a special operations unit and return to Afghanistan.
