Lewis Andujar's Story:

Lewis Andujar grew up in Tenafly, New Jersey. Lewis went to college and became a physical education teacher in Connecticut. He enlisted into the United States Army and went to basic training at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri and then Officer Candidate School at Fort Sill Oklahoma. He served during the Vietnam War and was responsible for overseeing a fire base in Vietnam. He first went to Vietnam as a Second Lieutenant and later reached the rank of First Lieutenant. As an executive officer, second in command, he made sure soldiers on the base did their job, was in charge of security patrols at night, and was in charge of the fire base computers. The Army was a positive experience for Lewis Andujar and made him become a more organized person.

Honorable Discharge due to the effects of Agent Orange.
