Peter Brenner's Story:

Peter Brenner was a chaplain in the Vietnam War . He helped troops through hard times, by counseling them when they returned from the fighting areas, and preaching to them during the war. His father was also a chaplain, so this promoted him to become one too. He also liked talking. He liked talking on news media, television, and the radio. Ministers have to talk a lot when they counsel and preach, so this also encouraged Peter Brenner to become a minister to the soldiers.

Peter Brenner traveled a lot as a child, because his father was a chaplain, so he had to go from place to place a lot. Being on active reserve for twenty years, he had some friends who were the other chaplains, and he liked helping people through hard times. His father housed people who didn't have a home on Cape Cod, in the house that he currently lives in with his wife.
