Joe Labelle is a veteran of the 82nd Airborn, where he ranked as a Specialist E-4. Mr. Labelle joined the effort in July of 1988

fresh out of high school. Serving in 2 war efforts, the Panama war in 1989 and the Persian Gulf war, or the first Iraq war

in 1992. Mr. Labelle is a proud veteran and would gladly serve again if called to do so. He has seen the

good and the bad in war and he claims that he is the man he is today because of his service. One thing Mr. Labelle

knows for sure is that the war made him stronger. Although he is glad he served in the wars, he had one thing keeping

him going, the thought of comming home. During the Persian Gulf war he also had his little unborn daughter Chelsea

to keep him going. Currently he works as a Police Officer, and lives with his 3 children.
