At the end of last week the College celebrated our Year 13 pupils’ final day in College. One of my most poignant memories of my time here in Doha will be when staff and younger pupils gathered together to applaud them as they left the campus. To see so much love for and from the pupils was incredibly humbling, and many of them left in tears. I cannot speak highly enough of this group of individuals who have brought so many positive things to the College during their many years with us. It is not quite a final farewell, as they still have their final examinations and graduation to look forward to. We will, however, greatly miss their day-to-day presence.
This week also saw our Year 11 students going on their study leave and we were able to celebrate the end of their Key Stage on Thursday evening. Again, the pupils were a real credit to themselves, their parents and those who have been lucky enough to teach them. Fortunately, we will still get to spend another couple of years with this group!
Best of luck to all our Year 11, 12 and 13 pupils with their examinations.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
