We are thrilled to announce that twelve talented pupils from Doha College have been awarded the prestigious CREST Bronze Award, a nationally recognised accolade from the British Science Association. This achievement marks a meaningful step forward in each pupil's journey through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).

This achievement marks a meaningful step forward in each pupil's journey through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
The CREST Bronze Award challenges pupils to think like scientists and engineers, encouraging independent project work, critical thinking, and creativity. Earning this award is no small feat—it requires curiosity, perseverance, and a genuine passion for inquiry and problem-solving. Our pupils have displayed all of these qualities in abundance, showcasing not only their academic strengths but also their ability to innovate and reflect deeply on the world around them.

Celebrating Compassion in Action: Adhithi K Volunteering Success at Shanti Ashram
We are incredibly proud to congratulate Adhithi K, a Year 11 pupil at Doha College, for successfully completing a pupil volunteering internship at the globally renowned Shanti Ashram in Coimbatore, India. From 25th to 30th July 2025, Adhithi dedicated 20 hours of service and immersed herself in the Ashram’s community programmes with a spirit of empathy, curiosity, and leadership.
During her time at the Ashram, Adhithi contributed to vital community health and education efforts, including:
- Assisting with medical check-ups
- Supporting paediatric eye screenings
- Engaging with visiting university pupils
In her final reflection, Adhithi shared how the experience shaped her future ambitions: “This experience has strengthened my resolve to pursue medicine with a focus on public health and community engagement.”
Adhithi’s achievement is not just measured in hours served, but in the values she demonstrated — empathy, leadership, resilience, communication, and cultural sensitivity. These traits embody the very ethos we nurture at Doha College: encouraging our pupils to be global citizens and compassionate leaders.
