At Doha College Secondary, we celebrate not just results, but the journey. This yearbook highlights the achievements, challenges, and transformative experiences that define life beyond the classroom.
Our pupils have engaged in rigorous academic study, expressed themselves through the arts, excelled in sport, and contributed meaningfully to our co-curricular and community programmes. These pages reflect the strength of our holistic education – a foundation that prepares young people to become confident, compassionate, and globally minded citizens.
With a strong British identity and an inclusive, international spirit, Doha College is proud to create outstanding futures. This yearbook stands as a testament to our pupils’ resilience, ambition, and the unforgettable moments shared along the way.
Thank you for being part of the DC difference.
I am excited to inform you that over the past term our subject teams have been building a new Doha College Student Learning Hub (learning.dohacollege.com)—a Google Site that will bring together, in one place, everything you need to review, revise and challenge yourself in your academic journey.
Some areas of the site are still being developed, but for many subjects you can already explore lesson resources organised by subject and topic, revision materials, past papers and exam specifications.
In addition, each subject now has a Transition Page designed to bridge the summer break and prepare you for September as your start, or continue, your GCSE or A Level courses. These pages include course information, outlines of topics to be studied next year and suggested activities to read, watch or do – articles, textbook extracts, documentaries and practical tasks to keep your thinking sharp.
For the most part, these activities are optional, but we know many students will be eager to see what is awaiting them next academic year and start exploring. However, for some courses there is compulsory summer work (especially for Yr12 and 13), so please do take a look.
Please note that the Learning Hub is restricted to Doha College student accounts. Parents cannot log in directly but we encourage you to ask your son or daughter to give you a tour.
We have worked hard to bring these resources together and are confident the Hub will become an indispensable guide for students throughout their GCSE and A-Level journeys.

As part of our commitment to Doha College’s mission to nurture individuals who are engaged, global citizens, and inspired to achieve excellence, we recently hosted a two-day University and Careers Workshop for our Year 12 students on 30th June and 1st July.
On Day 1, students explored university options around the world, gaining valuable insight into the UCAS process, international applications, personal statement writing, and choosing the right course and destination. They engaged in live sessions with universities from the UK, US, Canada, and the Netherlands, as well as explored planning tools designed to support their next steps with confidence.
Day 2 shifted the focus to real-world career exploration. Students took part in live sessions led by professionals in medicine, law, and the performing arts. They also engaged with alumni, reflected on cultural identity as Third Culture Kids, and received guidance on reference letters and university preparation.
The workshop reflected our commitment to preparing students for life beyond school, helping them make informed, meaningful decisions about their futures.
