AI Expectations at Doha College:
At Doha College, we are committed to ensuring that students use AI responsibly and ethically. While AI tools can be valuable learning aids, students must follow our strict AI Assignment Guide when completing work to maintain academic integrity. Misuse of AI or failing to follow the guidelines may result in academic consequences.
If you're unsure how we monitor AI use and address potential overuse, we encourage you to review the attached slides. While traditional AI detection tools have proven unreliable, our school uses more robust and effective methods to ensure academic integrity is upheld.
For further AI information and support, we have re-attached the DC AI Companion Guide—a helpful resource for both parents and students to understand our expectations and best practices for AI use in education.

Ubers and family drivers during drop-offs and pick-ups
Ubers and family drivers during drop-offs and pick-ups
Thanks so much to all those members of the community that have asked their Uber drivers or family drivers to use appropriate areas for drop-off and pick-up.
There are, however, still some instances of drivers stopping on pedestrian crossings or in other areas that are quite clearly not appropriate. In doing so they add disruption to others and impact safety for the community.
I’d be grateful if all parents could speak to their family drivers or to their child(ren) if using Ubers and ask them to be clear about where to stop. Drivers will often go for the nearest location and they don’t have the same affinity to or considerations for the community so do need to be reminded.
