We understand that due to the number of invite-only CCAs (Co-Curricular Activities) we offer, your child may occasionally be invited to two CCAs scheduled on the same day. While this situation is unavoidable, we would like to propose the following process to ensure fairness and clarity.

If your child has been invited to two CCAs on the same day, please choose which CCA they would like to attend and inform us for the rest of this term. We will update the register accordingly.

If your child would like to alternate between the two CCAs, please contact your class teacher via Class Dojo in advance to let them know which CCA your child will be attending each week. This ensures we can maintain accurate registers and guarantee the safety of the children.

Avoiding Last-Minute Changes

To ensure the smooth running of all CCAs, we kindly request that you avoid last-minute updates or changes whenever possible. Knowing in advance which CCA your child will attend helps us ensure their safety and avoids confusion for the leaders.
