Shopmonkey | Accounting | Reversals after a Car has been sold

Reopening a recon order and making updates will now put the updates into the correct GL accounts. When you close the order again, the car will no longer move back into recon status, it will stay in the status it was previously in.

Segment | CRM display Shoppers Profile Alternative

The Shoppers Profile has been replaced with a new tab for Website Activity.
The Website Activity tab will be turned on for all locations The page will display information about incoming leads from the website.  

Security for the Website Activity page can be changed to display for Managers Only or turned off for a location.  Please contact the Service Desk to request any updates.
