September 20th, 2022 Release

General Notice:

This update release occurred on the morning of September 20th, 2022.

CRM

CRM - Shopper Profile is now available in CRM for rooftops that are currently enrolled with Orbee!

If your rooftop is currently enrolled with Orbee, CRM users Sales Team will be able to view the Shopper Profile in the CRM under the Customer Profile > Customer History > Shopper Profile tab (see image below). There are three options for the shopper profile in the CRM:

• The default option is to display the Shopper Profile to CRM users entire Sales Team

• Show Orbee within the Customer Profile to Sales Managers only

• Show nothing (would still have access to orbee.byrider.com)

If you choose an option other than the default option, please submit a Service Desk ticket to have your CRM Preference updated. For interested rooftops not currently enrolled with Orbee, please reach out to Lewis Scott, or Byridermarketing@byrider.com.
