Compliance Change Implemented to Combine Both Payment and the $1.95 Fee when Applicable
Starting November 1, 2022 ACI charges on the customer’s bank accounts will show as a combined line - Payment + the $1.95 fee (when applicable). This is a compliance change required by Visa. Example $200 payment will just be one line for $201.95.

Oil Change Cost Language Option
Added new option for Oil Change verbiage on byrider.com which specifies the price of the oil change does not include tax. This will be active for all Company stores, and is an option for any Franchisee who wants to utilize the new phrasing on the costs associated with an oil change.
Dealerships not utilizing this new option will see no change in the phrasing for their dealership page:

Bug Fix - Managers are Receiving Notifications for Sales Persons who do NOT Work at their Location
Fixed issue where CRM Users with Manager permissions were receiving notifications for Sales Persons at locations other than their own by adding the Location ID to the API calls.

CRM Sustainment - Add Ability to Upload Roadmap to the Starter Pack as PDF
Added the ability to print the Roadmap as a PDF from the Starter Pack in CRM.
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > within the Lead Book, select any Lead > within the Customer Profile, click on the “Application” tab > click on the “Needs Analysis” tab > scroll down to the bottom of the page, click the “Starter Pack” button > scroll down to the bottom of the popup window > if a PDF has been uploaded, select the Radio button next to the PDF

CRM Texting - Allow Manager to See All Sales Person Text Notifications as Read-Only in Text Notifications Inbox
Added functionality to the Text Notifications Inbox so that CRM Users with Manager permissions are able to view Sales Person Text Notifications.
To access (Managers only): Log into CRM > click on “Text Notifications” button > click on the hamburger menu in the upper left hand corner > select “Sales Persons” to see all Sales Persons, a Sales Person’s name to see the Text Notifications for that Sales Person or “Self” to see the CRM User’s Text Notifications
CRM Texting - Add "Insert STIPS Link" Selection to Text Templates Dropdown and Insert STIPS Link into Text Entry Input Box
Added "Insert STIPS Link" selection to Text Templates. The selection of the text template will insert a STIPS link specific to that lead within the Text Entry box in the Text tab of the Customer Profile. Upon receipt of the link, the lead is able to click on the link, create a secure account and upload any requested STIPS documentation.
NOTE: The STIPS link must be entered before adding additional text information. STIPS links take up around 106 characters which leave 194 remaining characters that may be used for additional messaging.
General Instructions to access Text tab: To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > select any Lead from the Lead Book > under Take Action, select the Text tab > click on the “Text Templates” dropdown > select “Insert STIPS link

LOB - Update Note Added to CustNote Table When LOB Letters are Printed
Added a note to the CustNote table that will display in the Customer Notes in Discover or Customer Notes in CRM. The note will indicate if a letter was printed or if an error message was received when attempting to print the letter. The note will contain the letter type, e.g., NOA, NOI, etc.
