Looker - New CRM Texting Dashboard
As a marketing and store leader, I want to see analytics around the new texting functionality out of CRM to see how many messages are sent, how many are received, opened or fail, etc. so that we know how stores and associates are using the texting function and how effective texting is with our customers. This will be a basic dashboard reporting on texting with the expectation of this dashboard growing and iterating substantially as texting is used more and users have a chance to digest the initial dashboard.
Looker - New MyByrider Mobile App Payments Dashboard
As a Project Owner, I want to know how well the new MyByrider Mobile App Payments is being adopted and used to judge penetration to our customer base and when to retire the old App.
As a collections leader I want to know the new MyByrider Mobile App Payments usage and trends so that I can best support customer payment activities and collect more money.
