General Notice:
This update release is scheduled to occur on the morning of August 15th, 2023.
CRM
CRM - Bug Fix | Block Bankruptcy Low Balance Leads
This is the first step in resolving the issue that allows sales associates to contact customers that are in a BK-13 status. This update will allow CRM to use the Texting Options field in Discover (screenshot below) to disable texting functionality in CRM. When texting functionality is disabled you will see a message in CRM that says “Phone number is not enabled for marketing texts. Texting disabled.”
CRM - Lead Book | Only Show One Follow-Up Event per Customer
This change will allow users to see only 1 event for each customer in the system in the Customer Follow Up section. We have removed all old events, so any previous event that was not completed will be gone and only the most recent event will show. Going forward, any missed event will be cleared from the system and the new event will show in the Customer Follow Up section. If the customer has a Birthday event, that event will only show on their birthday. After their birthday the event will change to the most recent event. Finally, the low balance customer functionality will work the same way it previously did. The low balance event will stay in the system until the customer is moved over to a new lead.

CRM - Cosmetic Update | Goals and Forecast Section on Dashboard
These are just a few cosmetic changes to CRM that have not changed any of the functionality in CRM. As we continue to make updates to CRM, we will continue to fix any cosmetic issues that are present. A support ticket should be created if any normal functionality is broken.

Deal Scoring - Bug Fix | Displayed Income on DS Showing Doubled
Intermittent issue causing the income displayed in DS screen to be doubled when using the V2 generated OLAf passcode.
Forms
Forms - CO only | Remove DIP language
Colorado no longer accepts DIPS. They now accept Promissory Notes which cannot have more than 4 payments. Several documents were updated/added for this change:
63020-CO Promissory Note Calendar - Affects CO Locations
The F4525_CO Schedule of Promissory Note Payments Calendar replaces the F4510 Schedule of Deferred Down Payments Calendar.
05100-PA/MI/CO Preliminary Purchase Worksheet - Affects CO Locations
In Colorado, the Preliminary Purchase Worksheet (F1650) was revised for Promissory Note payments to replace DIP payments.
40000-CO Retail Installment Contract - Affects CO Locations
In Colorado, the Retail Installment Contract was revised as follows: 1) the box in the “Down Payment” section just above the Truth in Lending Disclosures referring to deferred down payments is no longer being checked (deferred down payments has been replaced with a separate promissory note, 2) the payment schedule no longer lists deferred down payments, 3) the line for “deferred down payment” (g) in the itemization is being populated with “N/A”, and 4) the line for “cash payment” (e) in the itemization is being populated with the entire down payment amount (the amount paid in cash by the buyer at signing plus the total amount of the promissory note payable to CNAC).
45000-CO Addendum to Retail Installment Contract - Affects CO Locations
The Addendum to Retail Installment Contract (new Form 4500A_CO) must be signed by the buyer and seller immediately after the Retail Installment Contract and must be maintained as part of the Retail Installment Contract.
07002-CO-Buyers Order - Affects CO Locations
The Buyer’s Order was updated to add “N/A” in the deferred down payments section.
31400-Promissory Note - Affects CO Locations
This form is to be used if the customer needs a loan from CNAC because they do not have enough cash to make the full amount of the down payment at the closing. If the customer does not have enough cash to make the full down payment, they can borrow the amount they need from CNAC. The interest rate on the Note is 0%. Only the customer needs to sign the Note. All of the items in the Truth-in-Lending Disclosures “box” at the top of the Note must be completed at the time the Note is signed. The Note cannot have more than 4 payments.
Jira Ticket Portal
Jira Ticket Portal - Project | Added Accounting Support Section
The new Accounting Support project has been created so that individuals will be able to create tickets for Dynamics related issues which will go directly to the Accounting Support team. There is no longer a need for you to contact the Service Desk to submit your Dynamics related requests.
Jira Ticket Portal - Project | Added Forms/Compliance Section
The Forms Legal Compliance project was created to handle all Forms related requests. New forms and changes to existing forms with the request type being “Business Decision” will route to the Forms committee for approval.
