CRM DATA EXPORT
Customer Query - to replace Opportunities filter function in Discover
Users with Manager level access now have the ability to export data from their location’s CRM leadbook. Users can filter their leads for export using the following criteria:
Lead Category
Lead Type (Will not work with PPC leads, fix coming shortly)
Lead Application Status
Has Dependants yes/no/all
On a Pathway yes/no/all
Date Range for Last Contact
Days and time of successful contact history
Steps to export:
Select the “Schedule Export” button (available only if the user is a manager.)
Select filtering criteria
Select “schedule export.”
Once Scheduled Export is selected, the user will receive an email for confirmation.
(*Note - in order to avoid undue burden on the system, each user is limited to one export request per location at any given time. Once your current export request is completed, you will be able to add another export request.)
Scheduled Exports can be seen by clicking the “Scheduled Requests” button. This is also where you can cancel your request.
Once the requested export has been completed, the user will get an email indicating that the export is ready for download.
Completed exports can be seen, accessed and downloaded by clicking the “Scheduled Requests” button. These files can be opened in Google Sheets or Excel.
OLAF
CONNECTING A MANUALLY ENTERED LEAD TO AN OLAF APPLICATION
Create a manually entered lead in CRM (phone up, lot up, internal). Phone number and email are required fields in order to proceed to step 2.
2. Generate OLAF Passcode
Clicking the Generate OLAF Passcode will create a unique 6-digit code that the customer will use for creating an OLAF application. The code will expire and no longer work after 60 minutes.
Provide the passcode to the customer and ask them to visit application.byrider.com
4. The Customer will enter the code, click “start” and then be taken to the first page on the online application. The Customer can then complete and submit the application per the current existing OLAF processes.
5. Once the customer has submitted their OLAF application, the salesperson will see a status change indicating presence of the OLAF app on the customer’s profile.
If the customer updated their name, phone or email in the OLAF application, those changes will be reflected on the CRM customer profile.
6. Once the customer completes and submits the application, if the customer DOES NOT schedule an appointment from the OLAF decision screen, then the lead will revert to the New category in CRM.
7. Review the quick hit video here or view below:
OLAF LEAD ATTRIBUTION
The "OLA Full" contact source has been removed. Leads will now have their original, native Contact Source and Source Detail. The "status" field will indicate that a lead has an OLAF app attached.
