Discover - Deal Designer | Bug Fix | The 'Warranty Value / VSC charge' was NOT being added to the fee Amount in the Summary
The ‘warranty value/VSC charge’ was not being added to the fee amount in the Summary component of Discover-Deal Designer for ‘VSC and warranty’ locations.
The LTV%, LTV subtotal, Discount%, and Discount values in Discover-Deal Designer now match with those in Deal Designer.

Deal Designer - Bug Fix | Profit & Calculations | Internal Payoff errors - not using Total Due Amount
Low Balance/Mechanical Rolls deals on adding the trade the payoff field is now populated with the previous loan’s ‘Total Due’ amount.
Deal Scoring
Deal Scoring - Rules | Change to ConstantWithPPI Value
The ConstantWithPPI value changed from -0.441933574 to -0.401933574
Changing the ConstantWithPPI will increase a deal's score by .04 - this will help the deal's overall score.
Forms
Form - 07010-Ohio Buyers Order, Updated
The Documentary Service Charge line item in the Ohio Buyer’s Order has been moved to show below the Registration Fees and also removed from the Total Sales Price calculation. The Documentary Service Charge is no longer taxable in Ohio.
Important information - If there is no negative equity, “N/A” must be handwritten on the signature line in the Negative Equity box.
