OLAF - Inclusion of Temporary Employment Option
To support the changes in scoring accuracy, OLAF will have a change to the existing “Seasonal'' Employment option to include general Temporary employment that doesn’t fall into a seasonal pattern. Only when a user selects the new “Employed (Temporary/Seasonal)” option, they will see the follow-up required question for the consumer to choose which option is most accurate for them.

Admin Service Page | remove double income records
We added a new tab added to the admin service desk page that allows a service desk Associate to identify the record or records that need to be deleted, and then delete the record without the need for a DBA to run a query. This will eliminate the need for the Service Desk to wait on another department to correct the issue which will result in much quicker resolution on double income correction requests.

Discover | Vehicle Inventory > Edit screen update "KBB Price High Value" to "KBB Purchase Price High Value"
Completed work carried over from ROCKET-1676: KBB/Veh Inv: Add a field for "KBB Value" to the EDIT Inventory Screen. Updated the label, “KBB Value” to “KBB Purchase Price High Value”. This affects Byrider Direct locations only.
To access existing inventory: Log into Discover > select the appropriate Store and Location > from Application, select “Sales/Vehicle Module” > from the top blue navigation bar, select Vehicle Inventory > from the bottom blue navigation bar, select “Inventory - All” > select any Stock #
To add new inventory: Log into Discover > select the appropriate Store and Location > from Application, select “Sales/Vehicle Module” > from the top blue navigation bar, select Vehicle Inventory > from the bottom blue navigation bar, select “Add”

Discover | create Store Preference for Florida locations to store a location's Florida Business Registration Number for Florida-specific forms
Added the Store Preference, FLBusinessRegistrationNumber, so that Florida locations may add a Business Registration Number that may be included in Florida-specific forms. Default is blank; value holds up to 12 characters.
The following forms will be able to display the Florida Business Registration Number

If a Florida location would like their Florida Registration Number to appear on these 3 Service documents, they will need to submit a Service Desk ticket which includes their Florida Registration Number.
Removed the “Submitted” option from the CRM Application Dashboard > Page Filter > Application Status dropdown as the status is not a valid OLAF Application Status.
To access: Log into CRM > select “Application Dashboard” from the Dashboard selector > go to PAGE FILTER > Application Status and select the dropdown
CRM Texting | add number of text messages sent to Lead Book Dashboard > Goals & Forecast section
Updated the Lead Book Dashboard > Goals & Forecast section to include successful communication attempts by text. Only visible for the Sales Person.
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown
CRM Texting | add validation Toaster popup to Text Notification Inbox and increase font-size of mouse-over on Delete, Mark as Read and Mark as Unread icons
Added a validation Toaster popup whenever an action takes place and increased the font-size of the mouse-over text for action icons within the Text Notifications inbox.
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > click on “Text Notifications” button

Added mouse-over text to an disabled Send Text button in the Customer Profile > Take Action > Text tab to explain why the button is disabled. Text reads: “Opted out of texting or Cell Number is missing.”
