This update release occurred on the morning of November 15th, 2022.

CRM

CRM Texting - Add Number of Text Messages Sent to Goal Overview > Daily, Monthly and Weekly Progress Sections

Updated “Calls Made” for the Monthly and Weekly Progress sections to “Communication Attempts” to match the Goals & Forecast section. Added “Text Attempts” row to the Daily Progress and incorporated text attempts in the “Communication Attempts” in the Weekly and Monthly Progress sections.

NOTE: The “Communication Attempts” in the Monthly and Weekly Progress does not show a breakdown of Calls vs Texts because goals are set up for total communication attempts and not broken out into types of communication.

General Instructions to access Text tab: To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > select the “+” sign below the Goals & Forecast section.

CRM Texting - Create Notification When a SMS Status of "Failed" or "Undelivered" is Received

Added Toaster popup and an icon in the Text Notifications inbox that indicates that a text message failed to be sent or delivered to a recipient so that the Sales Person knows the communication attempt failed and can use another method to contact the customer.

General Instructions to access Text tab: To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > click the “Text Notifications” button

Corrected an issue where vehicle information was not populating when Stock #/VIN were entered.

ARE Scoring Matrix Updates - Raise Total Minimum Investment for all Tiers

Made changes to CSE_VehicleLineMatrix that set Minimum Total Investment for Tiers 2,3, and 4 to $750 for all vehicle lines.
