OLAF Risk Based Pricing Letter
The Risk Based Pricing Letter will be available to be Printed on the Applications Tab for any Approved OLAF deal. This letter will also be available for the Risk Based Pricing batch printing process for Redsson.
What happened?
1. Deployment of RBP letters impacted the reporting of application and approval counts.
a. All OLAF approved customers were counted as in-store applications and approvals.
2. Deployment impacted the cadence of customer leads within CRM.
a. Leads (with or without and online appointment) were automatically moved to the ‘Approved-Not-Sold’ category within the Lead Book.
Fixes
1. Reporting tables were adjusted to exclude OLAF online approvals from in-store application and approval counts.
a. That update will retroactively adjust MTD performance metrics.
2. CRM will properly move customers to the correct lead category upon assignment.
a. With an online appointment = Pending Appointment
b. Without an online appointment = New
3. Approved OLAF applications coded as ‘Approved-Not-Sold’ will revert to the ‘New’ category.
a. If the customer scheduled an online appointment, the Sales Associate can manually update that appointment and move them to ‘Pending Appointment.’
4. RBP will NOT populate at this time.
a. Logic is currently being reviewed and will re-deploy at a future date.
b. Correspondence will be sent when ready.
